  • Gas soundness test
  • Check flexible gas hose, regulator and renew if necessary
  • Check operation of gas appliances, check FFD on all gas appliances where fitted.
  • Check heating system operation
  • Check toilet operation and lubricate seals
  • Check all electrical appliances 12v and 240 volt
  • Carry out water ingress survey with a full report
  • Oil door locks, hinges and locker doors
  • Check and lubricate hinged items

    • For insurance reasons we are unable to carry out any work on self-builds or conversions.
